Growing in the Pecos valley since 2019
We grow three varietals of neo mexicanus and cascade on two acres.

Sherrog Hops. Our hop farm sits at 7,200 ft elevation in the Pecos valley, which is the southernmost valley of the Rocky Mountains. We are in a special micro-climate that is cooler and wetter than most of the rest of New Mexico. And our southern location coupled with our altitude, gives us powerful UV light. This unique combination is one of the reasons native hops have always grown in the valley. We’re just giving mother nature a helping hand.
Local and real.
